SERVICE GUARANTEE

         We, at Career's World would always stand guarantee in regard to the work force selected by us. All deployed personnel shall undergo a three month probationary period with the employer. If any of the candidates are found unsatisfactory within three months of appointment (Physically, Professionally or Conduct wise) he/she shall be repatriated to his/her country of origin by M/s Career's World free of cost with Legal assistance from the employer.
The guarantee is meant to ensure that only qualified worker will be provided to the employer on time.

BASICTERMS OF RECRUITMENT

     Processing and documentation cost, to and f ro air ticket is to be borne by
the employer.
The placement service charges are negotiable.
Recruitment processing time wilt be from 30 to 45 days from the date of
receipt of attested documents from the employer.
Salary paid to the employee wit[ be as per company norms. The duty wilt be
for 8 hours with Overtime [where ever applicable]
Accomodation wilt be provide by the employer.
Transportation to be provided from place of accomodation to site 
and back. back.
All other terms and conditions as per the said labour laws of the
respective country.
